NoPaperForms, the Enrolment Automation Giant, has announced its acquisition of Mumbai-based Intelliadmissions in an all cash deal for an undisclosed amount. Intelliadmissions (a product of Intellinects Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) is an online school admission platform that bridges the gap between parents and schools. With over 200 schools under its belt, it has a strong presence in over six major cities of Maharashtra. This would enable NoPaperForms’ UniApply to catalyse its expansion to Maharashtra and neighbouring states: a major boost to the team’s plan to scale UniApply to 100 cities in a record time.
Talking about the acquisition, Ronald D’Souza, Founder and Director of Intelliadmissions said that since 2013, he has been committed to using technology to improve the overall effectiveness of the school admission landscape. Intelliadmissions was a step in that direction and its recent acquisition by NoPaperForms would yield synergistic effects for both the enterprises.
“Our goal is to support schools and parents to help their children become the best that they can be. We can now leverage the advanced tech stack of NoPaperForms to provide a delightful experience to schools and parents alike. We will look into expanding our services to better enable our existing client base, hand in hand with the #Zabardast team of NoPaperForms,” he further added.
